OVERVIEW

Welcome to Cardoxz (“Cardoxz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cardoxz website, online store, products, services, features, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is hosted using Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your:

  • Email address

  • Billing information

  • Shipping information

  • Payment information where required

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must notify Cardoxz promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You may not sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account.

2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cardoxz specializes in collectible products, including trading card products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, release information, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product packaging, artwork, promotional materials, manufacturer specifications, and other details may occasionally change without prior notice.

Images may also appear differently depending on your device, monitor, display settings, or manufacturer packaging updates.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, product images are provided for illustrative purposes.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:

  • Limit product quantities

  • Restrict purchases per customer, household, account, payment method, or address

  • Discontinue products

  • Correct product information

  • Update prices

  • Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Cancel orders where stock cannot reasonably be fulfilled

3. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Cardoxz has finally accepted the order in every circumstance.

We may review orders for payment verification, inventory availability, pricing errors, fraud prevention, order limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to reject or cancel an order where, for example:

  • Payment cannot be successfully processed

  • A product is unavailable

  • An obvious pricing or listing error occurred

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity is reasonably suspected

  • Incorrect customer information was provided

  • Purchase limits were circumvented

  • The order violates these Terms or another applicable Cardoxz policy

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no amount is otherwise lawfully due, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. PRE-ORDERS & RESTOCK ORDERS

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders or restock orders before they are available for immediate dispatch.

Estimated release dates, restock dates, and dispatch dates are based on information available to Cardoxz and may change due to manufacturers, distributors, carriers, customs, allocation changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Placing a pre-order or restock order means you acknowledge that the product is not necessarily available for immediate shipment.

Pre-orders and restock orders may also be subject to additional cancellation conditions disclosed in our Cancellation Policy.

Any cancellation restrictions are subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order/restock products, shipment timing may depend on the fulfillment option provided or selected for that order.

5. PRICES, TAXES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during your shopping and checkout experience.

Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

Depending on the destination and checkout configuration, prices may or may not include applicable:

  • Sales tax

  • VAT

  • Shipping charges

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage or handling charges

Any additional charges applicable to your order will be displayed or handled as required by applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • The information provided is accurate

  • You authorize the applicable charge for your purchase

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

6. PRICING & LISTING ERRORS

Despite our efforts, occasional pricing, inventory, description, or technical errors may occur.

Where permitted by applicable law, Cardoxz may correct an obvious error and may contact you regarding the affected order.

For example, if a product with a normal market value of $199.99 is accidentally displayed as $19.99 because of an obvious technical or typographical error, we may be entitled to cancel the affected transaction rather than fulfill it at the erroneous price.

If an affected order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes communicated on our website or during checkout.

Any delivery date or transit time provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • High-volume product releases

  • Manufacturer or distributor delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • International transportation disruptions

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Risk of loss or damage will transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, specific return requirements may apply to sealed products.

Products that have been opened, unsealed, altered, searched, resealed, or tampered with may not qualify for voluntary returns where permitted by law.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights relating to defective, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming products.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Different conditions may apply to:

  • In-stock orders

  • Pre-orders

  • Restock orders

  • Special-order products

  • Orders that have already entered fulfillment

Customers should review the applicable cancellation conditions before placing an order.

Nothing in the Cancellation Policy is intended to remove a cancellation or withdrawal right where such a right is mandatory under applicable law.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

If you believe there is a problem with an order, payment, refund, or delivery, we encourage you to contact Cardoxz first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Cardoxz may provide relevant transaction information to the payment provider, bank, card network, Shopify, fraud-prevention providers, or other parties involved in resolving the dispute.

This information may include, where appropriate:

  • Order confirmations

  • Payment records

  • Customer communications

  • Shipping and tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Applicable store policies

  • Evidence relating to the transaction

Cardoxz reserves the right to contest payment disputes that we reasonably believe are incorrect, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the transaction records.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION

We may use reasonable fraud-prevention and payment-verification measures to protect Cardoxz and our customers.

Orders may be reviewed, delayed, limited, or cancelled where there are reasonable indications of:

  • Unauthorized payment activity

  • Identity or payment fraud

  • Account misuse

  • Reshipping or purchasing fraud

  • Manipulation of purchase limits

  • Abusive transaction behavior

  • Other suspicious activity

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content created by or for Cardoxz—including our original:

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Website copy

  • Graphics

  • Store design

  • Promotional materials

  • Original photographs

  • Other proprietary content

is owned by Cardoxz or used under appropriate authorization.

Third-party trademarks, product names, characters, logos, artwork, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale of third-party products by Cardoxz does not imply ownership of or affiliation with those third-party intellectual property rights unless expressly stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use Cardoxz proprietary content without permission except where permitted by law.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & TOOLS

Our Services may rely on third-party providers for functions such as:

  • Payments

  • Shipping

15. SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Our online store uses technology provided by Shopify.

Your purchase of products from Cardoxz creates a transaction with Cardoxz as the merchant/seller identified for the transaction, rather than making Shopify the seller of the products, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and provide related services in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.

16. PRIVACY

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the services used to operate Cardoxz, personal information may be processed by service providers in different jurisdictions.

17. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Cardoxz, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material.

  • Contains unlawful material

  • Is intentionally fraudulent or misleading

  • Contains malicious software

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Cardoxz harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising directly from your:

  • Unlawful use of the Services

  • Material violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights

  • Fraudulent or malicious conduct

This provision does not apply where liability results from Cardoxz's own conduct or where such an obligation cannot legally be imposed.
